Heat-retaining synthetic EXCELOFT insulation is wrapped in a breathable, stretchy shell to provide superb comfort on active pursuits in cold weather. Designed to be a midweight warmth insulating piece, it is cut to accommodate quickly going over other layers during breaks or when movement slows down. Works great as an outer layer and works just as well as a mid-layer.
